Technical requirements for welding of steel rods

F) The longitudinal welds of two adjacent steel pipes should be staggered by 180 degrees;
G) The outer dimension of the weld, the internal defect of the welded joint, the local inspection, the quality classification of the steel pipe welding seam, and the effective thickness of the weld of the steel pipe shall meet the technical requirements of DL / T 646 transmission line steel pipe.

Test assembly
A) steel rod test assembly should be used vertical or horizontal assembly, the preferred vertical assembly.
